Pengayaan is now known as HIPERS. Must monitor the 2 classes to see
improvement. Attendance taken and report sent so that action can be taken.

PT3 schedule to be done by Mr. Adrian Jong. English paper must be set according to
the PT3 format.

Focus on OPS, but not neglecting writing aspect. As assessment, based on

presentation and exercise books. July Nov, focus on 4 skills: listening reading
speaking writing. Schools examination must tally with the yearly plan. Examination
paper must be standardized in Times New Roman

4. Teachers Observation
1st done. All done well, checking of students work must write words of motivation
record marking pasted at the back of the record book. Planning of daily lesson
plan must tally with yearly plan. Include remarks if there are changes.
5. SPM ULBS
This is English Paper 3. Must be taken seriously. Help students to improve their
grade. Assessment for form 5. Assessors are asked to include evidence of their
presentation. Score for this year has improved: excellent 12
6. Pcg
Rm500+ are used to buy reference books by Mr Johnny. Balance 600.60 rm488.20teaching aids for teachers.
7. PLC action research
PLC done in January. Process Writing done with 4A class. Action Research: done by
Mr. Adrian (4C) teacher sharing by Mr. Johnny with Mdm. Pendi.
8. Activities for activities for panel
Go on as usual in July. Video and Short Sketch changed to Broadcasting Competition.

Dialog prestasi rescheduled to 23rd May Monday

NILAM carry out the program with the classes and recorded.
