a 2 CASSCare 7 September 2009 Our Reference: HA/09043/1W dear a. Following our telephone conversation on 28 August 2009, where you declined to participate in our investigation of your complaints, we had decided to proceed with the investigation without your participation, due to the seriousness of your complaints, the implications of these complaints, and the resultant emotional and mental stress placed on certain CASS Care staff. The investigation has now been completed. 3 The investigation panel has unanimously concluded that your complaints are frivolous, unjustified and malicious. You made vicious allegations against decent staff without foundation, you need to be fully responsible for your defamatory actions. In this regard, the investigation panel has now made the following recommendations to the Board of Directors of CASS Care: (1) That the Board of CASS Care should pursue legal means to remedy the emotional and mental stress caused to certain staff as a result of your wanton accusations. (2) That the Board of CASS Care should promptly pursue legal means should your future action(s) cause harm or reflect poorly to the good name of CASS Care. Since you are so unhappy with our Chinese Group Home, in the best interest of all parties, you should arrange accommodation for IN at other place instead of at the Chinese Group Home operated by CASS Care. We are unable to continue our service if you do not respect our policies and our people.
