DescriptiveParagraphPlace
The best place in the world is Fenway Park, home of the Boston
Red Sox. When you first look around, you see the green wall in left
field called the Green Monster. You also see thousands of people
wearing red and white jerseys. The smell of popcorn and hot dogs
surrounds you. You can hear the fans cheering and chanting the
players names. At times, you cant even hear the person next to you.
You can feel the stands shake as people stomp and scream. There is
nowhere Id rather be than at Fenway, cheering for my favorite team.
DescriptiveParagraphPerson

My favorite person is my uncle, Harry. He is a small man. He is only

a little taller than I am. His hair is red and curly. It kind of goes with his
name, Harry! His favorite thing to wear is a bowtie. When he
talks, his voice is loud and it makes people stare. But he is kind and
friendly to everyone he meets. He is great at telling jokes. I even like
his silly knock-knock jokes. He always makes me feel good about
myself. Its no wonder that I think Harry is so great!
DescriptiveMy Favorite
My Favorite Animal
My favorite animal is the monkey. I often see it at the zoo, but it is also
found in the wild. It has a sepia-colored body and it is skinny with a
long tail and long arms. There is tanned fur around its small head and
it has large eyes and a mouth that looks like it is pouting. The monkey
is very agile. I enjoy watching it swing easily from tree to tree. Its
huma-like fingers are also very interesting. It can grasp things like
human can. Once, I saw a monkey snatch a banana from a boy at the
zoo.
DescriptiveA Scenery
The View from My Window
It is about eight oclock in the morning. From the window at the top of
the tall building, I can see many cars and pedestrians, as small as ants
below. The road is busy. The cars are zooming about. There are also
many pedestrians rushing about. There is a big open field in the
distance. There are several bulldozers and a crane there.
Besides the blaring of horns, I can also hear the banging of large
planks from the construction site. I am glad that I am in my airconditioned room and not out there rushing about in the heat.
Later in the afternoon, there would be a fewer number of cars and
pedestrians and by nightfall, the roads will be deserted. The

construction will also stop at night and the place will be much quieter.
