DIET PLAN

BREAKFAST
Lemon Drink ( 1 Glass of water with 3 tbsp of lemon juice)
2 apples/2 oranges/ 1 grapefriut (After 1hr)
cup of nuts (If hunger persist)

LUNCH
5 oz of fish/chicken/ diary
1 greek yoghurt
1 Banana

DINNER (Before 6pm)


2 hard boiled eggs
Green Salad (with cucumbers, extra-virgin olive oil and a little salt)

AFTER DINNER
Water
3 cups of Green Tea
