Desired Results
1. Complete the Geography syllabus within the prescribed time limit (Spreadwise
division of topics)
2. At least 60 % students score their desired grades in ICSE Geography exams to be
held in March 2017
Accountability
1. Annual plan and report of work done, daily as well as weekly plans

Desired Results
1. Not more than 10% students to miss their win-win targets in all tests for the subject.
2. 70% of the students develop the skills of applying, analyzing & synthesizing
concepts independently in my subject.
3. Implement worksheet (Spreads wise) lesson plans for the whole syllabus.
4. Conduct the Project as per project design formulated in HTH training programme.
5. At least 80% students of std 9 to complete all their assignments in Geography
6. All students get accustomed to board style question papers by the end of the year.
7. At least 90% students from std 9 enroll for the Abu Road Education Programme
Accountability
1. Results of all tests and exams conducted during the academic year 2016-17.
2. Reflection of higher order thinking skills in questions in the question papers made
by me for all the tests.
3. Student End Products for Project ( POL)
4. Question Paper at the end of the exam primers & final exam.

Desired Results
1. 25 out of 30 students in my class achieve their academic targets in the final exam
(Cumulative).
2. 80% students of my class participate in recitations and debates on current issues
3. All students create and update their Digital Portfolios by the end of the year.
Accountability
1. Regular feedback to parents and students recorded during PTMs
2. Video recordings on classroom discussions on current issues and debates.
3. Student DPs at the end of the year

1. Organize quiz competitions classwise in the team
2. Role plays providing opportunities to students to explore their enterprenual and
leadership skills.
3. Conduct the Duke of Edinburgh Programme for std 9 & 10 students

Consequences:
Based on appraisals, if desired results are achieved, current pay package to
be revised.
If success achieved is partial, necessary actions to be communicated so that
they can be imparted next year.
