passion for learning. Becoming an administrator will provide me with an
opportunity to share my passion on promoting the most effective and efficient
instructional practices for student learning as well as seek out ways that I can
benefit the school and community. As an administrator I want help the school
principal lead teaching and learning and build a strong school community.
I am a visionary bilingual leader, bridge builder and Licensed Educator with 18 years
of experience.

With over seventeen years of experience in Secondary and Exceptional Education, I
have performed many tasks including Math teacher to regular education students for
grades sixth thru tenth, VE teacher for many subjects, teacher for mentally
handicapped students, staffing specialist, curriculum specialist and testing coordinator.
Other responsibilities include ESE department chair, ESE Team leader, Algebra I Lead
Teacher, Algebra I Common Core Black Belt Teacher, part of the District-RTI Training
team, and Digital Curriculum Specialist.
