Inside out: Bridging the storytelling gap between internal and external
communications
The PRSA Portland Metro Chapter hosts the 2016 Communicators Conference to help
communicators bridge the gap between internal and external communication
strategies in order to tell cohesive stories.
PORTLAND, Ore. On Monday, May 2, communications and business professionals from
the Pacific Northwest will learn how to bridge the gap between internal and external
communications at the Communicators Conference hosted by the Portland Metro Chapter
of Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).
The conference, which will be held at the Ambridge Event Center in Portland, will feature
keynote speakers from private, public and nonprofit organizations including Cambia Health
Solutions and Edelman.
Cohesive storytelling between internal and external communications teams is crucial to
business professionals. The conference will feature three keynote speakers and nine
professional speakers from organizations and businesses around the Portland
metropolitan area. The different speaker sessions will cover topics such as survey
sampling, modernization of organizations, strategic employee engagement and effective
storytelling.
Now in its 20th year, the Communicators Conference is the Portland metro areas premier
professional development opportunity for communicators.
