I want:

the ability to select route and enter the time period for which tickets/passes are to be issued

So that:

I can ensure that the students are issued with tickets/passes for the correct time period.

Acceptance Criteria
1. Can the user provide filter criteria for the passengers to bulk issue ticket based on the table
given in the Story Notes ?
2. Are the mandatory prompts triggered for the search and pass content?
3. Is the prefix for the pass number defaulted form Module defaults?
4. Can the user override the value in the pass number prefix field ?
5. Can i choose to print the ticket for the selected route/ routes for the selected contractor
6. Can i issue tickets/passes to the passenger(s) based on the criteria mentioned?
7. Can i print the tickets for the processed passenger(s)?
8. Can i issue tickets only when i have appropriate license, access level control and
permissions?

Story Notes
A new value PassNumber Prefix will be introduced under new section Tickets beneath the Journey
Accordian under Administration | Module Defaults.
A new tab 'IssueTickets' will be introduced under the Process | Bulk Allocation beside 'Allocate
Journeys" tab provided the user has minimum of Read-Write access to the business process 'Issue
Tickets' under the Main business process 'Transport Journey & Tickets', the Tickets tab will.
