AFFIDAVIT OF RENUNCIATION
OF EASEMENT OF RIGHT OF WAY
WE, EMMANUEL M. VALENCIA and CONCESA R. VALENCIA, of legal age,
married, Filipino citizens, and residents of Putik, Zamboanga City, after being sworn in
accordance with law, hereby depose and say:
1. That we are the absolute owners of Lot No. 2093-B-1-B2-C-2 of the subdivision plan
Psd-09-039218, being a portion of Lot No. 2093-B-1-B-2-C of Psd-09-018364
situated in the Bario of Putik, Zamboanga City, containing an area of 500 square
meters;
2. That sometime on November 22, 1999, spouses Roberto A Ramos and Wilma R.
Ramos, the registered owners of Lot No. 2093-B-1-B-2-C-1 of the subdivision plan
Psd-09-039218 executed an Affidavit constituting an Easement of Right of Way in
our favor, Lot No. 2093-B-1-B-2-C-2, measuring 4 meters wide and 11 meters long;
3. That the easement of right of way as stipulated in the above mentioned affidavit was
constituted perpetually and/or until the need for the same exist;
4. That presently, there is already an existing Barangay road leading to the National
Highway, situated immediate adjacent to the said easement, as such, the need for such
easement no longer exists;
5. That this Affidavit is executed freely and voluntarily without force or intimidation by
any interested party;
6. That in view of all the foregoing, we hereby renounce/relinquish the easement of right
of way constituted by spouses Robert Ramos and Wilma Ramos in our favor as the
same is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was constituted.
That we are executing this Affidavit for the purpose of the extinguishment of easement as
annotated on the new Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-197,702.
