GUAYAQUIL, METROPOLITAN PARADISE!

Are you trying to find an interesting city in South America? The ideal answer is
Guayaquil in Ecuador that is the biggest and important city of the country; Its
also called Pearl of the Pacific because since his foundation at the
colonization was one of the most important ports for the large ships that brought
to the country the products for be sold, so since ever this beautiful city has been
one of the heart of the economics of the country and that make his essence in
all the aspects: architecture, political, arts, business, among others.
If youre interesting to learn about his amazing culture and arts, youll love the
center part of the city, because there born all the culture, for example if you walk
in the October 9th avenue youll find the Centenario Park, this place has four
big doors and each one has a Greek statues that its like a metaphor about the
independence of the city and means the principal characteristic of the city, so
and if you continue walking, youll appreciate the colonial architecture of
building with a historical and politics context and at the end of this avenue youll
find the Malecon 2000 this a touristic place that show you the amazing Guayas
River that is one of the biggest of the country, next to pier you can find colonial
architecture that are preserved and are national heritage.
Also you can go to the Santa Ana hill that its another touristic place at the end
of the pier, the interesting of this part of the city is that at the colonial time was a
harbour defence, so you can find at the top of Santa Ana hill: cannonry, one part
of a boat, and lighthouse; all of these make the idea to defence the city of the
pirates that always was attacking the city. The other vision is the metropolitan,
this imagen has been creating since 2000 and you can see it from the lookouts
lighthouse because youll see the powerful urban city.
