standards to create lessons with teacher options to increase Universal Design for Learning options.
Language Arts: Worked with teachers and curriculum heads to create a Mystery Unit. Made curriculum
progression decisions within the unit. Updated technology resources available on Canvas.
Goal Setting Units: Created units for students and teachers to evaluate their strengths and create SMART goals
and STRONG plans.

Prepared and hosted the Maryland Council of Social Studies Annual Conference.
Strategically planned and recommended expenses for annual conference including decision making on location,
catering, and other expenses.
