Math

We have been working on Topic 19. We will finish

up Topic 19 next week and have our math final test of the year!

Reading Next week, we will continue doing a novel study

of the book Wonder by RJ Palacio. The students are loving this

story. We will be doing in class activities and vocabulary, but
not test.

GrammarStudents will take

Unit 6 grammar test next

week. This test will be on who vs whom, and past and present
and their participles, and irregular verbs.

Writing Students wrote to next years teacher and next

week they will be writing letters to the new 5th grades on How
to Survive 5th Grade.

Spelling This is the last test of the year!!! Finish strong!

Social Studies In Chapter 11 we have learned about the
Louisiana Purchase and the War of 1812. You will be getting
information about our Mini-Economy Day soon. Students will
have to find a service or product to sell, advertise, etc. More information will be coming soon.

Science

Students are really engaged in the STEM project

we are doing. Soon we will be trying our hand at making robots!
