    putontheearthtoruleandleadtheanimals,whyshouldthatchange?Eventhoughanimalsdoa
    lotfortheenvironmenttheyshouldn'thaveaBillofrights.
    Animalsshouldn'tbeabusedorharmedfornoreason.Ahumanshouldn'tabuseadog
    becauseitbarkstooloud.Thereareafewexceptions.Peopleshouldn'thunttojustkillbutthey
    shouldhunttoeat,butdon'tbegreedy.ThethirdrightproposedinTheAnimalLegalDefense
    fundsquotes...aggravatedcrueltyleadingtodeathofananimalcanleadtoafineof$25,000
    and/orimprisonmentforupto10years.Thisisveryreasonablebecauseyouareharmingand
    evenkillingananimalthatisdefenselessandiskilledwithouttheuseofitsnaturalresources.
