3. After logging in, the home screen should appear. As a reminder Tracdat is organized by:

And Select your Division Strategic plan.
a. Select Add New Department Objective. Using the information from your Strategic Plan, copy and then paste appropriately in
TracDat. You can edit or delete objectives as needed.
Means of Assessment
12. After you have added a particular strategy, Select Means of Assessments sub Tab. Here you will see the strategy populate.
a. You can Add New Assessment Method or edit an existing one.
b. Under the Assessments, Method area you can provide some details on how the above strategy will be assessed. Complete all
other relevant information and save your work.
Related Activities
13. The Related Activities tab is for adding any activities related to the particular strategy. In other words, what activities did you perform
to support that strategy?

a. Choose a Strategy using the select.
b. A box will pop up called Select Assessment Method/Task. Please click on select.

c. Certain information will populate. Please enter all other information in required boxes. Please do not enter more that 5-7
sentences in this section. Summarize your data and answer a basic question did you meet or not meet your identified target.
d. Save Changes

16. Report Tab- You can make any changes here *Do Not select to make any changes until you have previewed the report.
