    Bylaws of the Board - Meetings


    Special Meetings
    A special meeting of the Board may be called by the President or on petition of a majority of the
    members of the Board.
    No business shall be transacted at any special meeting which does not come within the purpose
    or purposes set forth in the call for the meeting unless it is of an emergency nature.
    All special meetings shall be held in the Omaha School District Office unless otherwise
    designated by the President with the approval of the Board.
    Special Board meetings may be adjourned to a definite date and time.
