Adoption and Amendment of Bylaws Proposed new bylaws and suggested amendments to or revisions of existing bylaws may be adopted by a majority vote of ALL members of the entire Board (not simply a majority of a quorum) during the second of two (2) regularly scheduled meetings of the Board not less than four (4) weeks apart in the calls for which meeting the proposed additions, amendments or revisions shall have been described in writing.
