The Student Leader Recognition Event is a special evening dedicated

You have been invited to attend based on your Nomination for the Outstanding Contribution to Campus Life Award and
for your radiant contributions to our Brescia Community and for using and developing your own leadership skills.
Emma Hunt had the following to say about you "Amanda juggles so many things in life (being a student, a mom, a wife, a
president at one of Brescia's biggest clubs, etc.) with such grace. She always performs top notch, while encouraging
others to strive to be the best they can be. She puts her whole heart into leading CAFP and everyone around her can
really tell that she does."
Shannon Veldman also had the following to say about you for your role as Student Coordinator, Professional Mentoring
Program "Amanda has been an integralpart if the Professional Mentoring Program thisyear. She has been open and
willing to share her experiences and learning with the Mentees as well as always provide information, tips, and tools to
ensure the Mentees are successful in their mentoring partnerships. From the administration and planning side of the
program, Amanda's commitment and dedication has been vital to the success of the program; she was able to help
ensure a smooth transition of a new Staff Coordinator into the program as well as take on many ongoing tasks, planning,
and leadership roles. Amanda is a committed, genuine, and thorough student who is going to do well in her future
endeavors. The Professional Mentoring Program and the Student Life Centre have been lucky to get to work with

Amanda again this year."

You have also been Recommended by Tessa Paton and she had the following to say "Amanda shines all on her own,
being a warm welcoming face for anyone to approach and talk to. She is always willing to listen and makes time to help
anyone who needs it. Amanda is inspirational in her dedication to CAFP and her studies. She works hard for all of her
accomplishments and is very deserving of this award."
The Student Life Centre and the Brescia University College Student Council thank you for all that you do to make Brescia
