Nazi Scientific Advancements
The inquiry topic that I have selected is about the Nazi scientific advancements. In this
topic, I will be learning about different areas of the science and technology aspects that Nazi
Germany had and were developing during World War II. This will also include about which of
these technologies and sciences were integrated into modern day and are still being used or
practiced today.
Some of the topics that I would be talking about include the space program. Many of the
scientists that were a part of the NASA program were German Nazi scientists that were recruited
by the American Government. Another area is how Austria and Germany were the starting places
of todays modern science. A lot of the medical sciences that were developed and are still being
practiced today were developed by scientists that were supportive or a member of the Third
Reich and Hitlers Reign. There will be many more topics that fall under this inquiry topic that I
will be discussing.
Of the eight resources requirement, some of them will be primary sources, but most of
the resources that I will be using will be secondary sources and scholarly resources. The primary
sources that I will be using will be composed of testimonies, historical documents, as well as
different Holocaust eyewitness reports and resources. The secondary resources will include a
variety of articles, books, and Holocaust websites. The final resource will be scholarly resources,

which include academic articles and essays that I have found through using JSTOR and Project
Muse.
My project will meet the requirements for being alphabetic and visual through a
PowerPoint. Through this, I will explain the information that I have gathered throughout my
research. My inquiry topic will be clearly mapped out about my thoughts on the Nazi scientific
advancements and their technologies. I will try to connect my sources with one another. If my
sources overlap or have overlapping ideas and knowledge, I will bring them together try to see if
I am able to build my research off one another. The resources that I will use for this topic will be
credible sources from a variety of formats. These formats will include electronic, print, and
books.
These methods of achieving a successful product would aid me in forming a final product
about the technology and scientific developments that the German Nazis invented and used. Over
the course of my research, the methods could change if I want to incorporate something else or
focus on more specific topics. My topic, ideas and methods could evolve.
