full patient assignments and were not
always serving in the charge nurse role

Activity
Strengths:
NRP taught me the necessary
knowledge to resuscitate a neonate if
complications after birth occur.
This activity is specific to my interest in
the neonatal population
Reminded me of my passion for this
vulnerable population
Weaknesses:
The hands on part of this class was not
as long as I would have liked it to be.
Most of the content was on the online
portion.
