Im a what??
From this Strengths Test, I some what expected some of the answers received. Though I
was shocked by some of the things given to me. This test was actually very interesting to me.
Not to sound narcissistic, but I personally like to answer questions about myself and learn more
about who I am. In general, I am a very positive person who wants to involve everybody around
me and always look for a positive outcome in any situation that is thrown towards me. Being a
Motivator just fuels me even more. Seeing someone elses improvement on a job or practice just
makes me go over the moon. Everybody deserves a chance at making themselves better and
showing their true potential.
An interesting thing I noticed from this test was that it shows that I work very well with
others in any project but personally I would prefer to work alone. Relying on other people just
necessarily my forte. Though when it comes to me being in charge of other people in groups, I
can do that no problem. Not necessarily bossing people around but overviewing people and
keeping them on task always interests me. Bringing people together really brings a smile to my
face and connecting people with others who have the same interests or ideas makes my heart
happy.
The real world is right around the corner. Im scared but Im ready for the challenges that
are going to be thrown at me. With the strengths given to me, I feel like I am prepared to work

among others and adjust well to uncharted waters. It might be difficult but from my results, I
know that I will make it and do well in my future with the help of my strengths.

1. Potential Cultivator- This means I like to work around people and how they're developing.
This lets me see and recognize the potential that every individual has.
2. Recognition- Seeking to have influence and trying to be important to others. Having drive to
make a difference in this world.
3. Charismatic- Loving the task of meeting new people. Leading to having a special appeal
with talking to others and creating new connections with them.
4. Excellence- Taking something above and beyond. Not staying average, seeing the potential
that something has and trying to make it thousands of times better.
5. Equalizer- Being aware that everybody needs to be treated the same. Promoting that
everybody deserves the same treatment of others.
6. Visionary- Looking and seeing a better future. Thus leading to inspire others to kickstart a
new idea or project.
7. Solutions Finder- Finding new initiative ways on solving a problem. Helping see underlying
problems and concepts that unite other off spectrum ideas.
8. Motivator- Having a positive attitude and motivation to move others. Showing the positive
side to every situation and reducing the fear that comes when tackling a new idea.
9. Believing- Doing the right thing and following a core set of believes. Having ethical
standards and integrity.
10. Understand Others- Being mindful of others feelings. Helping them understand their

feelings and identifying them.
