AFFIDAVIT OF WARRANTY
I, KO HYUN, of legal age, married, Korean with office address at 3 rd
Floor, HHIC Building, 1128 University Parkway, North Bonifacio Global City,
Taguig City, after being first duly sworn in accordance with the law depose
and say that:
The lawful owner of a certain motor vehicle more particularly described as
follows:

I am the new bonafide owner of the said above mentioned motor vehicle
that I hereby purchase it to the previous owner NA SEUNG YOUNG in good
condition and we enter in good faith and he do warrants to me that the
said motor vehicle is free from any liens and encumbrances;
I do hereby warrant that the above-described motor vehicle has not been
mortgage, nor encumbered to any person or entity and that I am the sole
owner thereof;
NA SEUNG YOUNG signed the deed of sale dated ________ and the said
deed of sale was notarized in front of me, witness and notary public;
NA SEUNG YOUNG can no longer present himself in Land Transportation
Office because his assignment in Hanjin Heavy Industries and
Construction Co., Ltd. Manila Branch has ended and he went back to
Korea;
Every Korean Manager assigned in the Philippines has an assignment term
for 3 years. After 3 years, they will be assigned back in Korea and a new
Korean manager will be assigned for the position he left;
Before NA SEUNG YOUNG left the Philippines, he sold his motor vehicle to
me and execute all required documents for the said sale;
I further warrant to free the Land Transportation Office (LTO) from any
liability and responsibility in connection with the transfer of ownership to
my name and I shall assume all liabilities and claims of whatever nature
that may arise on said motor vehicle;

I executed this affidavit to attest the truth of the above foregoing facts for
all legal intents and for whatever legal purposes this document may
serve;
