Problem Identification
Training Associates, a leading provider of educational training content, needs to find more effective ways to delivery digital learning
and development to its staff. This training opportunity will help personnel who will be involved in developing the learning project, to
understand the method that will be used to develop and design a project. The goal of the training is for the learners to get familiarized
with the development of the learning projects in order to successfully collaborate and contribute to their new responsibilities regarding
supporting, developing, learning content. The project is needed because the organization and personnel are not familiar with
instructional design and the method used to gather information to develop a project (strategy, content, development, design).
Delivery
This training will consist of a blended strategy and as a just in time prep tool for subject matter experts for e-learning training course
development. The delivery will allow for synchronous and asynchronous delivery; Synchronous sessions will consist of web-based
tutorials and related activities and assessments.
