WHAT IS A GPS:
The GPS (Global Positioning System) is a global navigation satellite
system or GNSS.

Is a system for determining position, the time and navigation on the

ground and in the air by the reception of signals from navigation
satellites.

HISTORY OF THE GPS:

The GPS was originally designed for military and intelligence
applications in the Cold War in the early 60's GPS image Transit
was the first satellite system launched by the US and tested by
the US Navy in 1960. Only five satellites in Earth orbit allow the
ability to set their position at sea once every hour. In 1967 Transit
was succeeded by the Timation satellite. In 1983 the Reagan
administration gave us the incentive for the GPS began to be
used daily. The GPS is currently used for navigation applications,
route finding for drivers, mapping, earthquake research, climate
studies, and a game of treasure hunt outdoor dozen known as
geocaching.
PROBLEMS OF THE GPS:
MOST COMMON PROBLEMS AND MISTAKES OF CURRENT
GPS:
Geometric Dilution of Precision: Also known as GDP, this
happens when a GPS reads the wrong position, especially if the
satellite angles are very small.

Visibility: If the satellite signal is blocked or a GPS receiver is

trying to achieve signals from a satellite lot of distance, the signal
can be lost for the GPS system. Tunnels, large buildings, areas
with many trees and shrubs can also block the satellite signals.
GPS Movement: Depending on the type of GPS you buy or type
of unit that comes with the vehicle, the device may stop working
after the vehicle reaches a high speed.

 High Temperatures: Most computer electronics do not work in

extreme temperatures. The same is true for GPS electronic
devices; they just do not work so well in extremely high or low
temperatures.

Unmarked Roads: In some very rural areas where satellites cant

identify the route. Al as with all electronics, GPS devices will fail
from time to time due to bad weather, area restrictions, the lost
satellites, or manufacturer problems. Most problems with GPS
devices are derived from users who have no experience in the
design model or buy a GPS device that offers more product
functions than they need or require.

MOST COMMON PROBLEMS AND MISTAKES WHEN THE

GPS WAS INVENTING:
When the first GPS were invented, they were crossing polar very
low orbits, to a height of only 1074 kilometers.

Also the availability of the GPS was not constant since it was not
possible to use all the time, this was meaning that often the
troops needed to hope one or two hours that the position of the
satellites was favorable, and then to listen to them during 15
minutes to know where they were located.

When scarcely the first GPS were invented the mistake of the
system was of approximately 250 meters. When the first GPS
went out, for reasons of precision and size they were not
applicable as an urban system of navigation.
Also a very common mistake in the first GPS was that the
atmospheric conditions were affecting it.

SOLUTIONS OF THE GPS:

 To have our children controlled at all time by means of a

GPS.
To control major persons or you present with some
disability that prevents them from taking decisions.
To plan a trip knowing at all time where they are located
and this way the consumption of petrol not to lose and to be
optimized.
Locate points of assistance of nearby roads in case of
need.
To have controlled to your pet, placing a necklace with builtin, like that GPS in case the dog is lost it will be possible
locate it with the GPS that is incorporated in his necklace.
To find short-cuts when you have a meeting or an interview
of work.
Helps us to find restaurants or places to which we want to
go.
Helps us to be located friends and family.
It helps us to that when we travel in group we could
separate and go to different places and then to meet the
whole group in a point of meeting the help of the GPS.
Can use the GPS to guide, us report and be to so much of
that it happens when we go away to and from.
With the help of the GPS, in emergency cases we can
locate very easily with a GPS the nearest hospitals, and
other entities that attend to emergency cases.
The GPS also serves us to estimate the time of trip without
mattering if we travel by sea or land.

TV

WHAT IS A TV :
Television or TV is a telecommunication medium used for
transmitting sound with moving images in monochrome
(black-and-white), or in color, and in two or three
dimensions.

Television is a mass medium, for entertainment,

education, news and advertising.

HISTORY OF THE TV :
1897: The physicist Karl F. Braun constructs the first
cathode-ray tube. The fluorescent screen is illuminated
when electrons strike her. But only it was a prototype.
1927: The electronic television is born when the young
person 21-year-old Philo Farnsworth separates into its
elements an image in 60 lines of light, transmits them as

CURRENT TV :

Multi colored lines from top to bottom of picture.

Spider lines extending from a localized point on the screen.
The TV set or Projector is completely dead with no lights at
all.

 The TV set or Projector wont power up and is blinking the

power light.
The TV set or Projector is making a funny noise or smell.
A particular input is not working on my projector or TV set.
The TV set wont tune in digital channels.
The TV set has sound but no picture.
MOST COMMON PROBLEMS AND MISTAKES WHEN
THE TV WAS INVENTING :
When the first televisions went out, his sign was regular
and very constant there was going away the sign or
interrupted.
The first televisions had an image to white and black but
when the first televisions went out with television to color,
had a problem and it was that the colors were not very alive
or brilliant, the screen and the colors did not have good
resolution.
The first televisions to alone color had three colors: blue,
yellow and red, this was a problem because to part of that
did not have good resolution there was no a very wide
spectrum of colors.
Another problem was that the first televisions did not have
programming great and since it was more expensive to add
more programming and channels, only there was television
until certain hours of the night because already there was
no more programming.
SOLUTIONS OF THE TV :

 A very important problem that I solve the television was of

that all the persons did not have access to a radio or to the
newspaper, I solve it the television because it is a massive
way of communication, this wants to say, that the
information that is transmitted by the television comes to
many more persons, that what would come this information
with a radio or newspaper, because of it the television I
solve the problem about which some persons were not
finding out from what it was happening because they did
not have access to a radio, on the other hand with the
television if they could find out because they could be
informed by the television of a neighbor, when they were
happening for the shops of televisions they could see what
was happening.
