We have some students who are very
knowledgeable in Math, such as; Rafa,
Akila, Alexa, Fatih, Keiko, Noura,
Arshaq.
In the other hand we also have some
reflective students who are able in
memorize daily prayer very well, such

Unit 4 How the World


Works
Most of students were able to
recognize natural cycles easily,
since they experience it directly,
such as; how does the rotation
happened, activities and things
that they can do and see during
the day and night, and seasons.

Unit 5 How We Organize Ourselves


the students were able to absorb the lessons about roles of family
member and schools community.
During summative assessment, most of students were show social and
thinking skills by doing a role play about community member at school
or at home. Before doing it, they did research skills by interviewing
their parents, sister and brother at home about their responsibility.
While in school community, the students observed daily activities at
school.

Unit 6 Sharing the Planet


This unit is very fun since we do
interact with living things.
Tuning in is done last week, by
asking the students prior knowledge
about animals that the know. Asked
the students to draw animals on a
paper plate and describe it names
and habitat to the teachers.
The students do a presentation
about animal toy that they bring
from home and tell the name, it
looks like, food and habitat.
To do sorting out, we visit farm. To
getting to know about the different
roles animals play in peoples live.
Suitability of particular animals for
specific functions. Our responsibily
for the well being of animals, that
about pet day which will be held
within this week.
