eye therefore I did not clean

eye when doing bedbath.


Applied cream to rectal area
on patient. Moments later
client had a BM therefore I
applied cream again.
Noticed that patient had
small bleeding from shaving
and immediately put
bandage on him because he
was on enoxaparin.
Continually repositioning
patient when necessary.
