Sadiq reported important details and suggested solutions to the misbehaving patients.
Sadiq is making satisfactory progress in his practice. He is able to function at an almost independent level. He is however, encouraged to continue to
further develop his knowledge, skills and judgement, through ongoing research and by seeking out new learning opportunities. Daily self assessment
and feedback are needed for safe and competent care delivery and for ensuring and maintaining quality assurance, thereby upholding the standards
of practice stipulated by CNO. Involving various members of the inter professional team,with a collaborative approach, he is encouraged to observe
the admission process of clients and become more familiar with how clients' care plans are created to meet a wide range of needs. In so doing,
nursing diagnoses, planning interventions and devising an evaluation system will be formulated and employed. This exposure will further advance his
skills and judgment.
