V.R. : Restraints are a last resort effort as they are harmful to the patient. If the patients window is open during the summer then flies have
the opportunity of flying in and laying eggs under the bandage. It is my job to check the bandage daily and prevent further infection. It is
also my job to leave at least three side rails down on the patients bed, unless otherwise stated by a physician to have them up, to ensure
clients safety.

V.R. : When I had trouble percussion, I asked another to help show me how I better my technique.

V.R. : While working on one of the sim each of us got to listen to the respiration and since it was our first time hearing it, we all
collaboratively decided it sounded like crackling. This ended up being the correct verdict.

help. This may be a sign of physical abuse.
