Strengths and/or Weaknesses:_I would like for this candidate to learn the
importance of building relationships with students so that she can develop a
connection for teaching students. I believe that this candidate can teach. I have
observed her teaching several lessons and she is knowledgeable and can model
the lesson plan format.
