In order to be respected and

stakeholders, you must behave
ethically.
That s easy enough to say, but
what exactly does it mean?
Ethical people know the
difference between moral and
immoral behavior and
understand the standards that
govern their own behavior.

Ethics
Withholding critical project
information and issues is
neither good nor ethical
project team behavior. You
should always be
straightforward in sharing
important information
so problems can be identified
and addressed as early as
possible.
