care plan checked by my teacher and get feed back from her.

suctioning, in and out catheter, giving insulin by checking the sliding scale etc. I am more confident with my skills now than I was before.

K.G. : I gather my information and look for the pros and cons of each evaluation. I havent made any decisions for my clients yet but I can
surely work on it by developing the solutions and setting a time frame to accomplish the goals. But I have shown it through my weekly
care plans about the nursing diagnosis, interventions and outcomes.

K.G. : I have managed to do my morning care, taking vitals and administering medication in a timely and organized manner. I have
developed over time on my nursing interventions and how to prioritize them. Eg: For the clients who are immobile I do re-positioning every
2 hours to prevent pressure ulcers and skin breakdown and do suction my client as ordered and prn and follow clean adn safe procedure. I
have developed on my safe practice, interventions and their expected outcomes.

K.G. : I prioritize when caring for my client. Eg: If there are any Stat meds need to be given I make sure that the my client have them
immediately or if there are any medication (for seizures) that will be more effective if given at the same time of the day, I make sure that my
client have it during the same time of the day. I suction my client in order to have airway clear of secretions.
