developed over time on my nursing interventions and how to prioritize them. Eg: For the clients who are immobile I do re-positioning every
2 hours to prevent pressure ulcers and skin breakdown and do suction my client as ordered and prn and follow clean adn safe procedure. I
have developed on my safe practice, interventions and their expected outcomes.
