Abstract

There is plenty community problems without a solution that helps to stop and prevent the
problem, they keep on growing worldwide. Bullying is one of the greatest community problem
that has not have a solution that actually works to stop. Most of the time bullying happens inside
school also outside but parents do not actually notice their children are being bullied or are
bullying other kids. Not having enough time, not putting enough attention, not teaching or
chowing what respect is affects children their parents do not even know what is going on with
them and creates greatest issues low self- esteem and making the problem to grow by sometimes
pushing kids and teenagers to think about suicide and also doing it. One solution could be
offering talks for parents even if their children are not involve but help prevent this community
problem to keep on growing worldwide.

Todays society is living in a world where violence is an option to solve almost every
problem. People have not realized that violence is just to keep on growing because nobody has
stop this situations by allowing people to disrespect and think that they deserve more power and
by violence they are going to own the respect they think they deserve. There are many different
types of violence but all of them are to gain power over someone and feel superior in front of
others. Violence happens everywhere inside the house, inside school, and work, also in all ages
kids, teenager and older people everybody at least once has experience this type of violence or
has done this violence. One type of violence is called bullying. It has become one of the greatest
in the community worldwide.
It looks like bullying will always be a problem inside and outside school in which there is
involve kids and teenagers, most of the time. Bullying is an example of calling each other names
or hitting each other, which causes mental and physical abuse. This problem usually happen
inside school when kids are not being watch for teaches, principles or school staff. Also outside
school when parents or the person in charge of the kid or teenager are not being check. Usually
older kids get advantages of younger kids or the ones who have low self-esteem.
This is one of the most horrible violence with kids inside and outside school and there has
being any solution that works and stop the violence between kids and teenagers. Over the years
there has being plenty of things that people has suggest and try in order to stop this problem but
none of the problem solution has actually worked, bullying keeps on growing worldwide casing
extreme consequences like suicide. One of the reasons this community problems keeps on
growing is because parents are not paying enough attention to their children. How they act, what
are their parents are teaching them inside and outside their house, the communication they have

with each other and how they are getting involve in their school activities and other activities like
social media, clubs they are into, their free time, and the people that is around them.
For almost every kid, teenager and even adults their parents are their role models, they
grow with the thought that their parents are everything for them and that they are supposed to
follow their steps. However not all parents are a good model for their children and it is one of the
reasons this community problem keeps on growing over the years. Kids keep on having
problems inside and outside school in different ways. Parents are the key to many kids in their
childrens life but not all of them notice they are the ones that can help their children more than
anybody in many ways.
However if children are used to seeing violence inside their house they are going to think
that is correct and if they know that is not correct they are still going to do it. When violence is
experience inside their house with their parents there is a damage in them that can cause an
eversible damage over the time. Children does not have a good role model but just harming
themselves or harming somebody else in order to feel powerful and show that they are better
than others, that is when bullying takes places in childrens life. In other cases parents do not
have enough time for their children because of work or other activities they have. Without
thinking, not having time for their children is causing a damage to their children without them
noticing that is actually happen. Parents can see their children in really good conditions and
thinking their children are good but there is no communication between them, how can they
know there is nothing happening to their children if there is not enough time and communication.
Children can being bullied or bullying others and parents do not even know because they
are not paying attention to what is happening around their children because of them not having
enough time. Also now at days there are a lot of children with low self- esteem and they think

they deserve what other kids are doing to them. This could also involve their parents, in many
cases the reason why they think they deserve to be treated that way is because in their house they
are treated that way too. It makes them think, if the closest people to me treat me that why then
why should not the other do it too.
Offering talks for parents in school could be a good solution because teachers, principals,
and school staff are able to ask why parents did not show up to the meetings school is offering
for them and their kids. After seeing who did not show up to the meetings and also the ones who
did by seeing them in their teachers, principals and school staff can tell many things about what
is going on in their house. This talks will be offered as a community problem solution for all the
kids even though their children is not being bullied or is bullying others.
This talks can help not just to stop the problem but to prevent other children that have not
being involve in this situation. Sometimes parents do not know what is going on with their
children and do not have any idea of what their children may be confronting inside or outside
school. Teachers cannot be responsible for the children because they are not pay for that but for
teaching their children. Teachers can teach children about respect but respect comes from their
house and then from somebody else.
Offering talks about this community problem and explaining what is going on with
children could be a great solution in order to stop and prevent the problem to keep on growing.
Maybe this talks help parents to know things they did not even have an idea that is happening
really close to them.
Bullying is a serious problem and can cause suicide, this solution can help if everybody is
part to end this community problem. Since none of the other problem solution has worked over

the years, school should try to see what is going on in their house try this solution and stop and
prevent bullying to keep on growing worldwide.
