i, ori de cte ori este posibil, s-i anihilezi puterea de a gndi" a scris Frederick.
Acesta este motivul pentru care ochiul" trebuie s vad tot, s tie n fiece clip cum gndesc i acioneaz cetenii,
pentru a ndrepta rapid i eficient drumul oii rtcite, al criticului subversiv care poate s pun n pericol nedreapta sa
construcie.
