Count 1: Conspiracy to sexually

exploit a child
Officials allege that between 2014 and March
18, 2016, Oberst and Kopp conspired to use the
baby girl born in 2014, identified as V-1, to be
sexually abused, filmed and video of the crime
to be sent to other people.

Counts 2 and 3: Sexual


exploitation of a child
Officials allege both Kopp and Oberst sexually
abused the child, filmed the crime and sent the
video to other users between March 5 and
March 6 and again between March 15 and
March 16.

Counts 4 and 5: Sexual


Exploitation of a child
Officials allege Oberst sexually abused V-1,
filmed it and sent video of the crime to other
people on November 28, 2014. She is also
accused of sexually abusing a baby girl born in
2011, identified as V-2, filming it and sending
the video to other users in July 2015.

Counts 6 through 13: Sexual


exploitation of a child
Jason Kopp is accused of sexually abusing V-1
and a baby boy born in 2013, identified as V-3,
filming it and then sending video to other
people between Nov. 28, 2014 and Jan. 30,
2016.

Counts 14 through 22: Distribution


of Child Pornography
Jason Kopp is accused of abusing the baby boy four times
between June 15, 2015 and Feb. 15, 2016 and sending
the materials to Oberst, two unidentified people and the
undercover officer.
He is also accused of abusing V-1 six times between Feb.
15 and March 18 and sending those files to Oberst, an
unidentified person and the undercover officer.

Counts 23 through 26: Distribution


of child pornography
Oberst is accused of sexually abusing V-1 three
times between Nov. 28 and March 16 and
sending the files to Kopp.
She is also accused of abusing V-2 in July 2015
and sending the files to Kopp.

Counts 27 and 28: Possession of


child pornography
Kopp is accused of possessing a 500GB Seagate
external harddrive and an HP desktop computer
that contained child pornography.
