The development of the nation is a product of the quality of education the
graduates receive. The theme kabataang mula sa K to 12 tagapagdala ng
kaunlaran sa bansang Pilipinas is appropriate to our time considering its
impact on the Philippine educational system on its implementation.

PROGRAM is the transformative vehicle that will harness our youths inborn
talents and skills that will lead to the development not only of our community but
of the entire country.
To achieve this dream, we should be in close partnership with the dear
parents of these students. As we worry what these children of ours will become
tomorrow, we must never forget what they are today. You have entrusted your
children to us , it had been a pleasure and privilege, and now, we give them back
to you. All these years, we have worked hand in hand to equip our children with
life-long skills while instilling in them the needed values for human development.
May this always be our collective responsibility as we guide and mold the leaders
of our future.
And as we pay tribute to the graduates of 2016, we give thanks and
appreciation to all the teachers and the parents for the fantastic role that they
have played to facilitate this never-ending educational process. The love they
have for their children will be reflected and will shine through in the results. To
you graduates, live with integrity and responsibility while taking on the
challenges ahead.
