Kindergarten English Lead Teacher
Taught kindergarten (full day) at an extended day, dual language immersion school with class sizes of 30 English language
learning (ELL) students.
Students had diverse needs including severe special and behavioral challenges seeing positive response to RTI and behavioral
interventions
Mentored two partner teachers assisting their growth as educators in class management, lesson development, and execution
Researched, edited, and piloted a school wide, in-class management system that greatly improved student behavior, culture, and
