Democracyisknownasthesystemofgovernmentinwhichthepeoplegettochoose
whotheywantasleaderorgovernmentandwhotheywanttohavebeelectedintheir
stateorregionthattheylivein.Thissortofgovernment,democracy,isthebestwayto
runaplacebecauseitkeepseverythingandeveryoneinorder.Withoutdemocracywe
wouldnotbeabletogrowasanationtogether.Thisgovernmentisatransparent
systeminwhichthereislesspoweramongonelikemonarchyordictatorship,buthave
morepoweroranequalamountofpowerforthepeopleandthegovernment.There
arelawsthateveryonemustfollowandthat'swhatkeepsusfromgettingintowarsor
debatesthatgetthepeopleornationssplitup.Democracykeepseveryoneinprofile
althoughpeoplethinkthatsometimesdemocracytearsus,thenationapart.What
peopledon'tconsideristhatdemocracygivesusallthebenefitswedeserve.In
democracywehaveequalitywhichmeansthatweareabletoprogressintolifewith
moreopportunities,freedomthatwecandowhatwechoosewithoutbreakingamajor
lawandrighttospeakandvote.Allofthesegivesusadvantagesthatnotallother
peoplehaveinthesituationtheylivein.Democracyisjustawayofgovernmentin
whichweactinawayaboutsomethingasthepeoplewouldwantliketaking

responsibilityorchargeofmakingsomethinghappenandgettingoutcomesthatwill
solveandhelpourselvesastheeconomygrowtogether.

Equalityisoneofthemostimportantthingthatwe,thepeoplewantinthisworld
andhavebeenfightingforaslongaswecanallremember.Democracyhasequalityto
offerforus.Whenweareallequalweallhavenosocialrankingthatmakesussuffer
andhavethesamebenefitsasotherssothatwecanallbeunitedasoneandhave
betteropportunitiesliketherest.Withequalitycomesthefreedomtospeakwhatwe
wantandhavingthatchancetohaveourvoicesbeheard.Whenweareheardweare
listenedtowhichiswhywebecomewhoweareandgrowevenmore.Weallgetthe
righttovoteandhavefairelections.Thegovernmentmakessurethatnoonehasany
sortoverpowerandthatpeoplehavealmostthesameamountorequalopportunitys
andthateveryonehasachanceandcanbeheard.Overpoweringthepeopleand
governmentwouldmeanthatwedon'tonlyhaveonerulermakingallthedecisions
withoutconsentofothersbutthatwehaveasystemofgovernmentthathasprocesses
andfollowslawsandthinksaboutthepeopleandhowitwillaffectthem.Everythingwe
decideinthegovernment,democracy,isbythepeopleandthisisdoneforthepeople,
meaningthatweallgettheopportunitytospeakupandgetwhatwewant.With
equalitycomeseducation.Wealldeservethebesteducationforourselvesandforour
familiesandthat'sexactlywhatweget.Indemocracyweallgettheopportunitytoget

educatedwithbeingkickedoutfornotbeinginagoodsocialrankingandgettherightto
voteandwecanbeourselvesandsaywhatwethinkwithoutbeingjudged.

Aswegrowinanationweliketothankdemocracy.Wethankdemocracy
becauseofallthatitgivesuslikeequalityandtherightswedeserve.Democracykeeps
societyfromsuffering.Whenhavingdictatorshipweallknowthatwewillnotbeheard
unlesswearepartofthehighersocialclassThislackstherestofusfromnotbeing
heardandnevergettingtheirideasouttothegeneralpublicandthatiswhataffectsus
all.Democracyhelpsusadvanceintechnology,ourpoliciesandtheprogresswemake
todayareadvancingbecauseofthewaywegrow.Whenweadvanceinapolicyweare
abletomakeitbetteranduseourknowledgeandprogressfromthepast.Whenwe
stayinthepastwebecomethepastandcanneveradvanceintosomethingbrighter
andbetter.Whenweallcommunicatetogetherweallgetthingsdoneandadvanceinto
thefutureandthat'sexactlywhatweallwantinagovernment.Tohavefaithin
somethingandthenhavesuccessandlookforwardtosomethingnew,whichwecall
thefuture.

Democracyisawayofthinkingandhavingresponsibilitiesasa
government.Thebenefitsthatyouhavewhenyouareindemocracyisthatyouhave
theabilitytovotewhenyouhavecitizenship.Thisgivesusalltheabilitytochoosewho

wewantwithallfreedomandrespect.Thegovernmentmakessurethatnoonehas
overpowerbuthasjustaboutequalamountastherestofthepeopledo.Alsothe
reasonitworksisbecauseeveryonehasanopportunitytospeakwhattheywantto
haveintheirgovernment.Democracygetstheirideasfromthepeopleandthepeople
receivetheirideaswhichisareasoningthatnoteverygovernmentthattheresthaveto
offer.Inotherformsofgovernmentitisusuallyahighersocialclassthatgetstochoose
theirprinciplesorbasedonthefamilytreenotthepeople.Equalityissomethingthat
everyonethathasbeenfightingformanyyearsandindemocracywehaveequality.
Thiswelfarehelpsuskeepeachothertogetherandunitedasoneandnothavesocial
rankings.Peopleoftentimesdonotagreewithmonarchybecauseoftheexcesspower
thattheonepersonhas.Democracyhasnoonewithoverpowereverythingisequal
meaningthatthereisnotjustonerulerbutwehavesystemsthatgothroughtheirown
techniques.andforms.Democracygivesusthepowertobeheard,tobeeducated,to
havenooverpower,nosocialrankings,itgivesusthetopowerexceedandhavethe
bestlifeaspossible.
