(Comparison between Political Systems in Great Britain and in the
United States)
Students will know the effective ways to enhance their
awareness of different political systems by complete the
task of comparison between political systems in Great
Britain and in the United States.
Students demonstrate an understanding of perspectives of
the political systems studied.
Students will understand the differences and similarities in
British and American political systems;
Students will understand the distinguishing major features
representing Great Britain and American political systems.

Task Activity:
1. Students will use iPad search application such as Google
Search to screen and organize research information and
images on the internet;
2. Student will use iPad apps such as Trello and Lino to
conduct group communication and discussion so as to
understand and describe the distinguishing features of
political systems in Great Britain and the United States.
3. Students will use iPad apps such as Haiku Deck and
Keynote to create a presentation to help them introduce
their findings and decision to the rest of the class.

(Using Google Maps to explore Monterey, CA, and to design an
ideal tour of the day in Monterey)
Students will learn the effective ways to explore given
location by using Google Map in order to complete the task
of analyzing local history, information, and photos
regarding the assigned location so as to design an ideal oneday tour package for the class.

listening, speaking, reading and writing.
