To Whom It May Concern;

Jazmin Voice is graduating in May of 2016 from our Teacher Education
program in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Fine Arts and
approval to teach Early Childhood Special Education. I have known Jazmin
throughout her program at Bradley as her professor in Effective Teaching
Strategies and Early Childhood Methods. I have been her Academic Advisor. Her
overall GPA is 3.8 and her Education GPA is 4.0.
I have much enjoyed learning to know Jazmin and witness her steady
blossoming into a confident, professional teacher. She strives for quality in her
work, even in classes requiring high intensity production, multiple projects, loads
of reading, application and problem-solving experiences. As a teacher candidate
she was required to participate in collaborative work at high levels of activities to
practice collegial support and learning with each other. Jazmin works well in
teams, is supportive of colleagues and is responsible and reliable in her work.
Jazmins view of herself as a teacher reflects a conviction in the importance of
community and family support for all students.
Jazmin is a life-long learner. This was especially apparent in the Teaching
Strategies course where she accomplished a Professional Development Plan that
had her systematically work on personal and professional growth in dealing with
teacher self-care and strategies to support actual tools and coping mechanisms as a
professional.
As a musician in saxophone and keyboard Jazmin is able to provide a special
contribution in the classroom. She has continued to play in the university
ensembles while in her program. She has been active in the Bradley Association
for the Education of Young Children also participating in conferences. These
experiences have supported building leadership skills in her teacher roles.
Jazmin is a peaceful, interesting and pleasant person, focused, responsible
and energetic in her work. She has a deep respect and liking for teaching, and she
