Your Analysis
How do the school campus and the classroom in particular impact on the learning of
the students going to school? What are your conclusions?

The school is the learning environment of the learners. It has an impact on

them. It can affect them in terms of learning, on how theyve learn. There are
factors in the room such as the condition like ventilation, safeness, and others.

How does this relate to your knowledge of child and adolescent development? How
does this relate to your knowledge of facilitating learning?

In child and adolescent development, the environment of the learners

affects them as they grow. Therefore, to be able for them to effectively learned , we
as a teacher give them a conducive learning environment that leads to efficient and
effective leaning process.

Your Reflections

1. Would you like to teach in the school environment you just observed? Why?
Why not?
Yes, I didnt a technology user. I didnt want to use it on my teaching soon. I
believe that using of it does not affects my teaching and I always after on my
students learning. And facilities here were good enough.
2. What kind of school campus is conducive to learning?
The school campus that is conducive to learning was the school have
complete facilities, have efficient and effective facilitator, locate at safe place, and
well organized.
3. What kind of classroom is conducive to learning?
The classroom that is conducive to learning is in good condition such as well
ventilated, effective sitting arrangement, neat, well- lighted, tidy and quiet. It is
enjoyable and interesting to study in room like this.

4. In the future, how can you accomplish your answer in number 3?

In future, if I were finished in my study and be a teacher I will make my
classroom conducive to learning. I will establish some rules and regulation that my
students to be discipline themselves. I always after on the things inside the
classroom - set of ownership. And I think some ways for the better of my students.

5. Write your additional learnings and insights here.

In my observation I saw that teachers felt difficulty in handling students with
poor behavior. Its the one factor that affects the learning process. The learner itself is the
controller if he/she wanted to learn not the teacher.
