Learners should have prior knowledge of


computers, mouse Internet, and web
browsers, and have basic familiarity with
their functionalities.
Learners will have interest in using
technology to enhance their classroom and
be motivated to do so. Some may feel
cautious or concerned how online website
could increase student behavior.
Learners will either be enthusiastic with
using technology and receiving information
via online video and audio format, or be
unenthusiastic of it, as they have not used
technology very often.
Most learners will have interest in
improving their classroom management or
make their management more positive in
class. They may have previously had
classrooms that were too negative and
focused on consequences.
Learners will have a teaching credential
and a Bachelors degree, preferably in their
field of study. Some learners will also have
Masters degrees or higher.
Most of the instruction will be done via
online videos provided to them through
website. Websites will be posted and
organized by categories. Examples include:
setting up Class Dojo, Exporting Class Lists,
Creating a Classroom.
Learners will be affiliated with Fremont
Unified School District. Learners will be
content with training, as it is provided in an
online format where they can learn at their
own pace. This is done to maximize the
time each learner needs, as it allows them
to learn the material at their own pace.
Most of the learners will be teachers in the
Fremont Unified School District. Grade
