DIT 3 Part Review Course

Primer: series of 30 high yield videos
Part I: 35 sets of 10 questions
Part 2: Around 250 videos
Starting in January the e-mail you with a block of questions (360 questions that you
do from January till April) that you do with videos explaining the answer

45 days of access when you activate it

You can pay them they can make a schedule for you
U World is possibly the best Qbank for Step I Prep THIS IS DEFINITELY THE BEST
(USMLE Rx, Kaplan)
Pathoma ****** Definitely use it get the pathoma book as well
Anki is a flashcard app
The Grubenackle deck?? Pro-encephalon?? MSIH Hebrew Deck/Exhaustive Anki deck
tumbleweed
Make sure you know everything before the 6 weeks of dedicated study time
Learn all the cardio drugs for example now ( even if you wontget a single question
about it)
Biochem, Micro and Pharm know that through the year
Goal is to honor everything and work your ass off during the year.
Janie Anki, Kaplan videos, first aid, UWORLD
Jonah Questions, PAthoma, Kaplan, Rx and Kaplan for systems (Rx to memorize
first aid) but UWORLD was the best and what he used during his dedicated study
time
Used firecracker for 2 years
Started doing the full exams in April recommend you do them as early as possible
(i.e. an NBME one) there are a total of 6 NBME exams
6 weeks is not a long time you cant learn pharm, micro in six weeks learn as
much as you can
Morgan DIT (too passive as a study method), made her own notes and review
quizzes

Reva Uworld, Pathoma, Firecracker during year and anki during the summer, Golan
lectures, Picmonic and sketchy micro
Christie uworld, anki (bought two decks yousmle pharm deck and a general
study deck) and she made her own anki), Pathoma, a lot of the earlier videos have
principles that underlie the whole system and she made anki cards
Max DIT and Uworld is all he did
DIT is First Aid in video form
DIT he has a bootleg version.

U world morning , DIT in the afternoon, taking notes on all of them, then reread
through all those things he wrote
DIT has a review book

First Aid is just a good overview

At the beginning and end of every system read the section in First Aid
All the NBME and Uworld practice tests NBME you can pay for the extended one
you get only the answers you got wrong just look at Fiirst Aid you would see what
they wanted
2 Kaplan practice exams that give you answers and explanations Dov DOES NOT
recommend it
U world exams
How far in advance keep up with everything, including first year
Janie started studying structured started with a block of timed uworld, anki , then
back to uworld and the last part of the day Kaplan, or First Aid studied from 6:00
am to 9:00 pm (with exercise and meals in between)
Jonah got up at 6:00 am, started at 7:00 am workout study till 7:00 pm and try
to take a practice test once a week
Morgan Keep track of things she was weak on so that she could tackle that topic
specifically
Watched DIT and Pathoma throughout the year
Seems like people started seriously studying in April and in the 6 weeks, 10-12 hour
days
Reva did Goljan/Golan? Not sure
Christie learn the stuff in systems really well through the year
Approach each system test approach it as if you are going to do the USMLE
Review everything from the start of the year know biochem, micro, pharm start
incorporating it through the year
Make sure you are really understanding everyting
Set it up that you can go through Uworld 100% for the 6 weeks

Do Seths deck not sure what it is exactly

Christie wishes she would have done her pharm deck earlier
Epi and Biostats actually showed up a lot on her USMLE wishes she paid the extra
25 bucks for the set of biostats questions
Just start doing questions get all three question banks ( most of the year, people
did Rx, Uworld, Kaplan) Kaplan do those last
Robbins Path Question Bank is also really good
