This readme.txt file covers known issues, compatibility issues, and usage inform
ation for Quick Heal AntiVirus Pro.

----------------------------------------------- Screen Locker Protection
a. Computer reboot is required after installing Quick Heal to make this featur
e work.
- Anti Keylogger is not supported on Microsoft Windows 2000, Windows XP 32-bit w
ith
Service Pack 1 or previous, and Windows XP 64-bit.
- Firewall
Monitor WiFi networks is not supported on Microsoft Windows 2000 and Windows X
P 64-bit.
- Quick Heal Remote Device Management
a. This feature is not supported on Microsoft Windows 2000.
b. This feature is supported on Internet Explorer 9 and later.
- Browser Sandbox
a. This feature is not supported on Microsoft Windows 2000, Windows XP 32-bit
with
Service Pack 1 or previous, and Windows XP 64-bit.
b. This feature does not support Microsoft Edge browser of Windows 10 operatin
g system.
- Microsoft System Restore will not work if Quick Heal Self Protection is enable
d.
Before performing System Restore, it is recommended to turn Quick Heal Self
Protection off. To turn Quick Heal Self Protection off, follow these steps:
1. Open Quick Heal AntiVirus Pro.
2. Go to Settings and set Self Protection off.
- Installation of WinPKFilter (Windows Packet Filter) is not recommended if Quic
k Heal AntiVirus Pro
is already installed on your computer. Installing WinPKFilter on the
same machine may result in improper functioning of Quick Heal AntiVirus Pro.
- An interoperability issue with WinGate Proxy Server may cause system to crash
with
Blue Screen Error or BSOD if WinGate Proxy Server is installed after Quick Hea
l AntiVirus Pro
installation. It is recommended to install WinGate Proxy Server
before Quick Heal AntiVirus Pro installation to avoid the interoperability iss
ue.
- Schedule Scan and Password Protection settings will not be exported when you e
xport
it to a file. These settings have to be configured manually after re-installat
ion.

- Self Protection
a. This feature is not supported on Microsoft Windows 2000.
b. For Microsoft Windows XP, this feature is supported only if
Service Pack 2 or later is installed.
c. Process protection functionality of Self-Protection is supported only on Mi
crosoft
Windows Vista Service Pack 1 and later operating systems.
- Quick Heal Anti-Rootkit is not supported on 64-bit operating systems.
