Her name is Kenisya Sabrina, a student at the Highscope
Indonesia. Kesya is taking business as a major lesson. The reason
why she chose that major is because of her desire to be a
business woman. She is a child who has a pasion in business since
early childhood. The reason is because she wants to be a career
woman as well as an independent woman. She learns business
lesson at school in the classroom of Small Business Management
and Virtual Enterprise. She works as a marketing executive in the
company NVCO. NVCO is a business company that sells clothing
or often referred to as the company's clothing line. Not only she
takes care of marketing, but she also does a lot of work in the
design department, while helping to make products that are
sellable in the company that can be purchased in a good, unique
and attractive to buyers. Kesyas design have a very unique sense
and she is often doing a lot of graphic design for posters,
brochures, websites, and other products. This is useful for herself
because it provides her with experience in the preparation for her
to achieve her goals.

She has plans for life in the future. The preparation is

needed to achieve it. Once she graduates from high school, she
will enter college and chooses IT as her major. There are a lot of
University that provide that major, and her goal is to be accepted
in Universitas Indonesia. It is one of the leading and well known
university in Indonesia located in Jakarta. The reason she chooses
IT department is because according to her knowledge IT major
can help her to do a lot of things in technology sector when she
graduated from college later. Although not many things she know
about IT, but various clues and matters make her wanting to
choose IT major. Especially nowaday when the technological
development in the world continues to develop. In addition to
learning about computers, she also will study the use of
technology and communication. How to use them is what she will
use to form the business later. ranging from the framework,
proposals, financial and other business interests will be created
manually in the data with an electronic device which is a
computer.
In addition to studying business and IT, Kesya is not just
thinking of ideas for her business, but also thinking to raise a
capital for her own company. Kenisya Sabrina is also a music lover
who loves to sing. She has been training her vocal since high

school and will continue to develop her voice with singing lessons.
Not just tutoring, she would often perform at music event as a
singer. compliments from people about her voice made her
continue to rise up to become a famous singer. her singing talents
will be used to achieve its capital and a lot of opportunity for her
to continue her singing performance. She will get the company's
capital from income in her singing performance effort, by saving
the money from the income until it reaches the capital
calculations she had made.
When she graduates from University, her savings to build up
his business would have been collected. Kesya had been able to
build her company. She will not be alone in the business since her
siblings will also participate in developing the business. Kesyas
eldest brother is a chef from New York and her other elder brother
is a musician and a graduate of business management. A blend of
passion of each siblings will be used to build the business.
The company will be located in South Jakarta with a target
market of young-Adults, which is a Cafe and Store. The mission of
her business is to be the most engaging youth cafe and store in
the city of South Jakarta and to deliver the atmosphere of the city
in a tropical comfy ambience through her products and services.
Her mission will result in targeting the citys urban social scene to

be a place for meal lover, music listener and artists. She also sell
events to all people and first target are people who wants to enjoy
and have fun. Music listeners are very welcome in her place. Not
only doing business, she will still continue her career as a singer
and she showed his talent in her own place. The Cafe and Store
that she build up will serve food, music, and also a variety of
other arts, and her experience as a marketing excutive will be
used to make the Cafe and Store of hers to be successful.
IT channeled knowledge during her studies at the University
of Indonesia will be used to create a website that is very
attractive to visitors. Artistic concept will be a strategy for youth
interested. Various features of the company will be described in
the advertisements such as social media, websites, banners, and
more. When the Cafe and Store hold an event, Kesya require
much effort from the staff that work there. Kesya not only
managed but also teach them so that they get a wonderful
experience when working in the Cafe and Store. Ideas and
opinions about the concept of the event will be built together with
the staff of the company. Kesya and her brothers would arrange
the division of labor for the event held at the Cafe and Store to be
organized

One way to develop her company is to expand its

relationship with various connections and links that can help the
Cafe and Store by way of cooperation. Kenisya Sabrina is a
woman who knows how to get along with the people around their
environment. She can communicate fluently with new people in
different situations and conditions. As a woman who likes to
socialize, she uses this expertise to its marketing capabilities so
that the company's mission accomplished. Since a teenager,
Kesya already become a woman who was cheerful and friendly, so
her communication and socialization are very useful for herself
and her company.
Although the Cafe and Store is built from a small company,
but the business of Kesya and her siblings will continue to
develop. the next target is to multiply the Cafe and Store in other
areas of Jakarta. The reason is because the concept Cafe and
Store is acceptable by teens as the target market. In 2024 when
Kesya is 24, Cafe and Store will be build in South Jakarta, West
Jakarta, East Jakarta and Central Jakarta so that everyone can feel
the comfortable and all the products and services provided by
Cafe and Store belongs to Kesya. The target market can access
more easily because of the location are strategic selected by the
marketing team she will lead.

When the company is already well-known and achieve its

mission, she will also be successful as a famous singer in
Indonesia and often perfoms in various places. Kesyas income of
both efforts will be used to achieve her goals as an initiative to
boast her parents. She will build a house, buy a car, as well as
caring parents until the end of their life. All the hard work of Kesya
will not be wasted for herself, but also she will donate part of their
income because she wants to create an environment of harmony
and away from disaster.
By 2026, Kesya already able to have a house that she will
buy with her own money. Her home will be located in Senopati,
her favorite area since adolescence. She will live with her family
and lived together happily. This aspiration come true and Kenisya
Sabrina grabbed it with all the effort, experience, and passion to
grow since 2016.
