Retrieve your PC-ID number 3-5 business days after submitting your online application, check your
admissions status, sign up for text alerts, and upload your documents at gpc.edu/mystatus.
The documents you can upload are: Georgia Driver's License/ID Card, Immunization Documents,
U.S. Passport, and Social Security Card. Visit admissions.gpc.edu/upload/ for a full list.
If applicable, complete New Student Orientation at orientation.gpc.edu/. There is a $15.00
orientation fee.

Submit your current Driver's License or State Identification issued by the State of Georgia after
January 1, 2008. A limited term license or a license issued for a period of less than two years is not
acceptable.

Immunization Records
Students are responsible for submitting their own immunization records. Please review the full
immunization requirements on the webpage: admissions.gpc.edu/immunization.html. You may
upload immunization records from the webpage or fax to Student Health Center at 678-891-3036.
