Vitamin E- Some examples are nuts, seeds, avocado, vegetable oils and wheat
germ.
Magnesium- Some examples are leafy greens, nuts, seeds, fish, beans, whole
grains, avocados, yogurt, bananas, dried fruit and dark chocolate.
Potassium- Some examples are beans, dark leafy greens, potatoes, squash,
yogurt, fish, avocados, mushrooms, and bananas.
Zinc- Some examples are pumpkin seeds, dark chocolate, garlic, sesame seeds,
watermelon seeds, wheat germ, squash seeds, and chickpeas.

1) Reflect on how your physical activity now aligns with your personal fitness
goals, life style and or your physical limitations?

My physical activity is basketball, I have 2-4 practices a week and every second
week we have a 3 game tournament. I would like to get better at playing basketball,
especially shooting a ball. I would also like to get stronger, build bigger muscles, my
goal is to work out or play basketball every day and eat healthy so I dont become
an obese and so I can control my diabetes.

I can eat foods that contain zinc, magnesium, vitamin E, and potassium. Drink less
soft drinks, maybe add more fruits.

might have a heart disease in the future because it was in his family. For his height,
his weight is excellent. He is above average fit for his age. He was unhealthy. 2x his
chances of heart failure. His sex life went down.

He felt mc-sick, he said he was dying, he puked. It happened because he has
never had this much food in his life.

the same amount of people die from obesity as cigarette smoking.

it took him 12 months to lose 20 pounds.

A little bit because I dont eat meat, Im a vegetarian and if I do go to McDonalds, I
will get a wrap as a medium meal but thats once a week. I have to eat healthy
because Im diabetic.

yes, because they reduce the prices, give you more food and give you a toy or
something to encourage you.
