Total cost = 283996.56

Processing costs = 40.68

B) Case 2: Two ticket clerks

Total costs: 10373.99$

Processing costs : 85.38$
Total costs reduce from 283996$ to 10373$
Therefore, a second clerk should be added.
Also, queue length reduces as shown below
