To Whom It May Concern:

My name is Reasha Sharma, and my senior project is called the Boo Bash.
Boo Bash was an event which featured a variety of activities, including
storytelling as well as pumpkin carving. The event tested and pushed the
abilities of many students to strive for the best results possible.

The purpose of the event was to educate all ages on the importance of
reading in an entertaining fashion. In order to this we had all sorts of
different readers, from teachers to students, reading different levels of
books. The event simultaneously taught the audience about the importance
of keeping a well-balanced, healthy diet by pumpkin carving during the
event.

As a leadership student and ASB president of Santa Susana High School, it

was important for me to incorporate all the skills I had learned from the
class. Boo Bash not only involved the planning of a large scale event, with
the discussion of budget, schedule planning, and advertising, but also the
skills of those in the technical and humanities areas.

The event was a success all around and nothing but positive reviews were
shared. This portfolio is a representation of the night.
