What is the nature of your work? What are your areas of expertise?
Cost estimators collect and analyze data to estimate the time, money, materials, and labor required to
manufacture a product or construct a building. Areas of expertise include collecting and analyzing
data.
What issues are you responsible for that potentially no other stakeholders would know about?
Cost estimators are responsible for estimating the amount of money, time, materials, and labor
required that other stakeholders would not know about.
Going into the charrette, list the top five issues in order of importance that you want to address
during the meeting.

and the small, yet large, details of the behind the scenes.
