WHAT IS SOCIAL SECURITY

To expand on this. There are two terms that come into play.
They seem the same but have a different meaning in law.
Think of these not as numbers but as a legal "term."
"Social Security Number" means "Beneficiary."
"Taxpayer Identity Number" means "Fiduciary."
The "Federal Income Tax scheme" is based not on the Constitution
but on "Private commercial law " [Private commercial obligations] which is
the ability to "Contract" that predates -- existed before the Constitution.
So the "Federal Income Tax scheme" is not Constitutional or Unconstitutional
but Non-Constitutional.
"Federal Income Tax scam"comes into play by signing any document that
requires the "TIN." Which normally has to do with financial dealings such as
Banking,
Insurance etc. By opening a Bank account one agrees to being a "Fiduciary"
of the "Federal Income Tax" which creates the obligation of paying the tax.
No one goes to jail for a breach of contract but they do go to jail for a breach
of their "Fiduciary Duty."
Is one force to become a "Fiduciary" no. It's all by Volunteering, by what one
signs (agrees to). The Feds and our relationship is all based on "Private Obligations."
I have 2 pdf files that should explain the rest. If you want them I'd be glad
to send them to you.

Very interesting explanation. Could it also beg the question: If a "taxpayer" is a "fiduciary", then the theory
sometimes expounded, that income tax is in reality a "gift tax" because it is claimed to be voluntary, may
be valid.

If a taxpayer is truly a fiduciary, then shouldn't one be told that by swearing to be a taxpayer in signing a
1040, that one is volunteering to become obligated as a trustee to provide funding and services to a trust
through regular voluntary contributions?
However, how can one be forced to take on the mantle of fiduciary? Fiduciary of what trust and who is or
are the beneficiaries? What entity created this "trust" of which we are trustee's and how are we to carry
out the obligations and duties of a trustee if we don't know the terms and conditions of what we are
supposed to perform in order to carry out the duties owed to the beneficiaries?
