Sub: Racial abuses and threat to life issued by Pooja @ Rakhi Kapoor d/o Surinder on
26.01.2016 in Jail# 6 to the applicant.
Sir,
I am a European national incarcerated Jail# 6 in a few cases of CBI and ED since June 2012
with my husband Abhishek Verma who is also lodged in Tihar.
On 26th January 2016 at 11.50am when I was in the legal section of this jail, an inmate
Pooja@Rakhi Kapoor d/o Surinder first hurled racial abuses full of profanity (such as: fuck you;
bitch; cunt, white-whore etc) and then issued threat to my life explicitly stating that, You bitch, I
will have you stripped naked, acid thrown on you & killed. Such act of racial abuses and threat to
life are cognizable and punishable offences as per the Indian Penal Code as well as jail rules.
The incident took place in full view of inmates, matrons and officers of Jail# 6 who formed
a wall in front to shield me from the abovementioned inmates assault when she charged towards
me ferociously with the intention to assault and causing bodily harm. Three distinct parts of
audio/video of the incident were captured on the official iPad of Jail#6, which may be perused and
taken on record as evidence in order to validate this complaint.
I am afraid that Pooja@Rakhi Kapoor will attack me with an improvised weapon in jail or in
the lockup on a court date when she and I occasionally travel together in the jail van/lockups to
courts.
Today, I narrated the incident involving Pooja@Rakhi Kapoor to the Superintendent of our
Prison who gave me a patient hearing in this matter.
It wouldnt be out of place to mention that Pooja @ Rakhi Kapoor is a dangerous criminal.
She had murdered her maid Mumtaj Khatun in cold blood and facing trial u/s 302/201 IPC in Delhi
courts. Barely two weeks back her interim bail was rejected by ASJ Mr.Sanjay Jindal with an
observation that, allegations against Rakhi Kapoor are very serious in nature. True copy of the
bail rejection order dated 11th January 2016 downloaded from the court website is attached herewith
for your kind information at Annexure-A.
In the past due to threat perception on account of the high profile case and media trial being
faced right from 2012 onwards against my husband and I, the CBI Judge Tis Hazari Courts had
passed an order on 16.06.2014 directing the Jail Superintendent to provide necessary protection
and jail staff be deputed to accompany the applicant when I leave my cell. Copy attached at
Annexure-B.
In possession of prison staff of Jail# 6 is the video-footage of 3 clips (with audio) of abuses
hurled by Pooja@Rakhi Kapoor the transcript of which is attached at Annexure-C.
My husband Abhishek Verma has several political enemies and adversaries. He is the only
son of Late Shrikant Verma, MP and General Secretary of Congress party and Mrs.Veena Verma
former MP of Congress.
In 2015 the CBI Court of ACMM Mr.SPS Laler, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi included my
husband as the witness in 1984 Sikh Riots Case (FIR# RC-23(S)2005/SC-1/CBI) against Mr.Jagdish
Tytler, former Congress Minister and politician from Delhi and directed the CBI to reinvestigate the
case, based on the testimony of my husband against Mr.Tytler. It is an extremely high profile matter
and has been widely covered in the newspapers and media in the past.

Mr.Jagdish Tytler was adopted as a child by an academician Late J.D.Tytler, however prior
to adoption Mr.Jagdish Tytlers surname was Kapoor. The police should investigate whether there
is a connection between Pooja@Rakhi Kapoor and Mr.Jagdish Tytler (Kapoor) and if she extended
the threat to me at the instance of Mr.Tytler who has been exerting pressure on my husband for the
last few months regularly through his supporters as well as directly on court dates. In the video
footage recorded on 26.01.2016 of Pooja@Rakhi Kapoor threatening me, the name of
Jagdish slipped out from her tongue and this proves their connection as the only Jagdish
I know is Mr.Jagdish Tytler!
Pooja@Rakhi Kapoor has been boasting and the dropping name of some high ranking
Government officials, Mrs.Shoba Oza Joint Secretary Congress Party as being close to her and she
(Pooja) can get anything done from her in India! Mr.Tytler and Mrs.Oza are both from the same
party and colleagues. Yesterdays incident was politically motivated at the behest of Jagdish Tytler
(Kapoor).
Therefore, I request you to please register a FIR in this matter since it involves cognizable
crimes as per IPC and investigate further by seeking the police custody of Pooja@Rakhi Kapoor to
establish whether she acted alone or in conspiracy with Mr.Jagdish Tyler or any other person who
has she dropped names of.

BACKGROUND: Prior to the video footage being recorded, Anca Verma was seated in the legal
section at 11.50am on 26.01.2016, busy with the paperwork & documentation assigned to her by
the superiors. There were other witnesses (inmates and jail officials) present in the same room.
Pooja@Rakhi Kapoor entered in the legal section seeing Anca Verma, and started to boast loudly
about her connections and was narrating details about the maintenance (divorce) case proceedings
against her estranged husband Ajay Mohan Kapoor (UK resident) pending before Honble High Court
bench of Mr.Justice Siddharth Mridul and how on the last date she shouted in his Court that she
would kill her estranged husband Ajay Kapoor.
Hearing this the Honble Judge reprimanded her strongly with a warning not to use such language
in the Court again, and wanted to transfer the case to another bench, when Pooja@Rakhi Kapoor
requested the judge with folded hands not to transfer the case.
At this point, Anca Verma intervened and politely asked Pooja Kapoor, May I speak? Immediately
Pooja@Rakhi Kapoor flared up as if she was waiting for an opportunity and started shouting:
Pooja Kapoor:

Who the fuck are you to talk to me?

Nobody talks to me like this. I am Pooja Kapoor. You are a nobody. Everyone
knows you because you are the wife of Abhishek Verma and daughter-inlaw of Shrikant & Veena Verma. You are from a small fucking country
Romania and nobody knows you here!
Everyone knows me here and they know my grandfather General (name not
clear), my father Surinder was a Brigadier, my uncle Deepak Mishra who
is the Special Commissioner and the new DG(P) of Tihar Jail and my madam
Shobha Oza Congress Secretary will take-care of you soon. I will have you
killed inside jail.
You are fucking the entire Indian army you white-whore, you are nothing
but a gori-randi. Fuck you bitch. Fuck your country. I am coming from an
Army family. You are in my countrys jail and I will have you killed inside
jail. India is my country you cunt. No one fucks with me in my country.
You fucking white-bitch, you put Jagdish Tytler in a problem and
jeopardized his political career. I will not spare you fucking white-whore.

At this point, video recording on the official iPad of Jail#6 was (discreetly) initiated & three video
clips got recorded as evidence.
